Service
Flipper provides an informational vehicle Deal Check based on material you submit. Reports are reviewed by a person before publication. Flipper is not a dealer, broker, inspector, mechanic or lender.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure. Every account is created as a Customer account. Administrative access is granted only by Flipper.
Founder Beta
During the Founder Beta, payments are disabled and access is granted manually. Founder Beta access may include a limited number of submissions and may be changed or withdrawn.
Your content
You keep ownership of the listings, screenshots and documents you upload. You grant Flipper permission to process them solely to produce and support your Deal Check. Do not upload material you do not have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Do not use Flipper to harass a seller, to misrepresent a report as an official inspection or valuation, or to resell reports as verified vehicle history.
No guarantee
Deal Checks are informational. Flipper does not guarantee condition, title, accident history, repairs, value, profit or seller honesty. You are responsible for your purchase decision.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flipper's total liability arising from a Deal Check is limited to the amount you paid for that Deal Check.
Changes
These terms may change as the product develops. Material changes will be shown in the app before they take effect.
